Released Images
Final Release
This release corresponds to the labels described in Alzheimers Dement. 2015 Jan 20. pii: S1552-5260(14)02891-X. doi: 10.1016/j.jalz.2014.12.002.
The oriented images corresponding to the released labels can be downloaded from the LONI IDA website. However the LONI-IDA cannot host MINC files, thus the images available there have been converted in NIFTI. We can not guarantee perfect matching of our labels, that were segmented on MINC images, with the NIFTI images.
If you need the original MINC images that we used to segment these labels, you can download them from here (~1.6 GB).

Preliminary Release
If you used the preliminary release, you can reference it with the same paper reported above, but please specify that you used the "preliminary" release.
The released labels were obtained from 100 out of these 135 ADNI images. These images, downloaded in MINC format, were oriented along the AC-PC line following one of the methods reported here. The correspondence between each image and its orientation method can be found here.
